Service and Maintenance to Automatic Doors

Our comprehensive auto door service follows a strict set of tests inline with the BS0115 9300 815 and BS EN 16005. This includes a physical inspection of moving parts, ensuring that all items are tight and in good working order. We visually inspect for signs of damage and potential hazards, all parts are lubricated to prolong life. A series of tests are carried out to indicate a pass or fail on the equipment, recommended actions are then put forward to the client.

Glazing infills come in a wide range of finishes including toughened, double glazed and laminated. Our solid panels are all hand built in our workshop and can be colour coated to any colour you choose. We use leading brand units such as Record, Label and Besam, but our engineers have experience with most units on the market.

A typical door service includes the removal of the doors to allow inspections of the floor pivot, concealed closers and drive arms. This enables us to identify any issues that can be resolved at that point and to ensure that all important parts are in prime condition. We offer a part replacement price structure whilst servicing, giving us the ability to calculate replacement parts whilst on site.
